Why “Collective”?

Founded on the belief that community + movement is a powerful combo. Whether in life or on the wall, when we strive towards our goals in a supportive & welcoming environment, growth is exponential!

We value curiosity and play as fundamental parts of everything we do. The Making Moves Collective mission is to help you transform your fitness for life through courses, community events, & coaching programs.

I help climbers and active adults‍ level up, on & off the wall. I help you jumpstart your climbing journey — whether you’re stuck at a plateau or pursuing a specific goal — without adding another item to your to-do list.

My coaching style lives at the intersection of movement & well-being. I combine exercise science & positive psychology to fast-track you to your future self.

You already know what you want, but something keeps holding you back from taking the leap.

I’ve been where you are…TIRED OF BEING TIRED / SICK OF STRUGGLING / STUCK IN THE SPIRAL 😵‍💫

On the surface, I had the perfect life, but inside I was overwhelmed, exhausted, & stuck in survival mode.

It wasn’t until I started climbing that I was able to finally break free from the habits and mindset that was limiting me.

Playful movement helped my mind catch up with what my body had been feeling all along. After a decade of trying to fit into the box of who I thought I was supposed to be, I realized the tension inside me was because I was living a life that i’d outgrown.

Everything changed when I made an agreement with myself that 2023 would be the year of choosing me, and I started climbing at age 27. The lessons I learned through challenging myself on the wall, rippled out into my life off the wall. I found myself building not only physical strength, but mental fortitude.

Climbing is a life changing sport, and my mission is to help more people, especially women, short people, and beginners wholly engage in and stay in the sport.
